Radweb is an innovative and passionate team of software engineers leading
the way within the PropTech sector. Our Inventory Base and Property Inspect
platforms empower over 3,000 companies worldwide to deliver property
maintenance and rental reports with accuracy and efficiency.

We are based in Portsmouth at the beautiful Lakeside North Harbour offices
with on-site café, Starbucks, gym, nature trail and other amenities, along with
a free shuttle bus from The Hard and Cosham.

Our main tech stack is Laravel (PHP), React (Typescript), and MySQL, which
you’ll be using on a daily basis. We also use many other tools including
Serverless, Node.js, React Native, Redis, and much more.

An overview of this role

As a Graduate Developer on our web team, you’ll play a key role in helping to
build, test, deploy, and maintain our flagship products Inventory Base and
Property Inspect.

You’ll be working closely with our Head of Web to deliver bug fixes,
enhancements, and new features which enable us to continue to improve the
experience of our customers.

This role is a full time position, working 09:00 – 17:30 Mon to Fri, with a minimum
3 days a week in our Portsmouth office (Mon/Wed/Fri).

About you

● Graduated with a degree in Computer Science or related field with a 2:1
or higher
● You’re enthusiastic about learning by doing and are committed to
continuously improving your skills
● You are self-motivated and work well in an environment with lots of
freedom
● Ability to independently troubleshoot and debug issues

Nice to have

● Completed an industrial placement as part of your degree
● Have strong skills in database management and optimization
● Experience with technologies such as Stripe, Swoole, AWS, Serverless, or
React Native
