We build web and mobile applications, primarily Software-as-a-Service products for the property industry. We also run a popular events website and work with countless clients developing their web and marketing objectives. FULL STACK DEVELOPER – Portsmouth, Office-based
You will work alongside our senior developers to help hone your craft, having the freedom and support to help develop your skills, and help the team to grow with you.
The Candidate We’re Looking For:
- Experienced writing clean, well-architected code and refactoring existing code. We use PHP & Laravel, although experience in any similar language/framework is fine
- Familiar with modern JavaScript frameworks and best-practices. We currently use React and Redux although experience with similar frameworks is fine (e.g. VueJS)
- Ability to articulate problems to the rest of the team, communicate in feature discussions and brainstorming sessions
- Experience writing public REST APIs will be useful
- Experience with Git (or any similar version control system), and preferably GitHub/Bitbucket
- Familiar with writing CSS in a scalable manner – we currently use SASS and css-modules
- Bonus points for native iOS/Android, React Native
You will be building, updating and maintaining existing apps. Working with designers and developers, you will be making awesome things for the web! You should be confident to bring your ideas to the table to make them work with new and existing projects.
While we offer tons of support and training to get you up to speed, we expect that within a couple of weeks you’ll be writing code at every level of the stack, from back-end to front-end to APIs and in your first 6 months you’ll rebuild a major piece of the platform/stack to support our ever-increasing scale or evolving market requirements.

FRONT END DEVELOPER / USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER – Portsmouth, Office-based
Candidate will be assigned various design, interface, commercial & website projects and must be abreast of the online graphic design landscape. You must have a strong sense of design style and be able to generate ideas on a blank canvas from written briefs or brainstorming sessions.
Experience with HTML/CSS is mandatory as this role will be primarily design and implementation of interfaces, components and websites for our in-house products and various projects.
Skills and roles include:
- Sketch, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator – Web, Print & Vector-based design
- HTML/CSS
- Javascript / jQuery for front end scripting
- Experience with SASS/LESS ideal, but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of Javascript frameworks like React would be a bonus
Candidates who demonstrate personal/previous projects or commercial experience are likely to stand out, however we are looking for the best designer to fill this role so including examples of your previous work is recommended.

CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER – Portsmouth, Office-based – FILLED
Radweb are looking for an analytical minded person who will assist with client account management, training and support our of software products, offering 1st level support to our customers, overseeing resolutions to customer issues as well as engaging in regular quality testing of all products and features.
The role will include, but not be limited to:
- Answering customer support enquiries by phone/live chat/email
- Logging issues for developers to fix/resolve
- Following up with customers on issue resolution
- Testing new product updates and releases
- Assisting with onboarding of new customer accounts
- Creating blog posts and release notes for product updates and new features
- Develop an intricate knowledge of all product lines and features
- Maintain existing support documentation
- Record screencasts demonstrating issues to developers or for support documentation
- Assist Directors with various IT, web, admin, sales and marketing tasks
- Reporting regularly on key support issues and areas of improvement
You will ultimately become the primary point of contact for customer retention, help onboard new customers and be an advocate for great customer support. In your spare time you will work on administrative tasks such as updating documentation and improving the onboarding experience for one or more products, which may cross over with marketing tasks.
This role requires in-office working between 9am and 5:30pm plus loose/flexible round-the-clock availability to answer urgent support tickets / emails.

SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEADERS – London & Remote – FILLED
We build great products and services, so we need great business people to take them to market.
We’re looking for a world-class product sales & marketing manager to be the chief advocate of our next generation platforms within the family of products. You’ll run the UK initiative first, and then you’ll help lead teams established across the globe. Some travel initially, more regular travel later. You’ll be targeted and measured on your commercial impact. We expect you to be a profit centre.
You’ll focus on the positioning, launch strategy, sales and adoption of our property services platforms. We need you to act as the primary business driver for a specific set of launch features, working closely with the directors to help shape the positioning, execute the launch and drive sales.
You will be:
- Owning and managing all marketing for a handful of specific software products/modules.
- Working closely with the product team to launch new products and features throughout the year.
- Engineering new sales opportunities and networking in relevant events and exhibitions
- Creating content (e.g., blog posts, sales documentation, social media posts) that help articulate the value of our software platforms.
As an engineer of opportunities, you’ll be working closely with product research, sales and services to gather information about and understand the evolving needs of the market.
- Demonstrating products on-site at customer offices or remotely via webcast.
- Managing relationships with external industry experts, software analysts and influencers.
- Speaking & presenting at events and posting & engaging on discussion sites focused on our core products and services.
Here’s what we we’re looking for in the role
- Track record. 5+ years experience in sales, product marketing or a related field. You will have a proven ability in formulating marketing strategy and executing sales plans to a high standard.
- Well spoken. Both as a writer and a speaker, you need to be able to articulate to a range of different customer groups, from the technology-savvy to the… not so.
- Technology Advocate. Interest in SaaS business models and understanding of Platform & Service-As-A-Service concepts.
- Product Aware. Deep dive into our platform to understand it from a customer perspective. Communicate clearly with our engineering team to identify features that can be translated in to marketing benefit to grow our brand and demonstrate our capability
- Analytical intuition. Understanding the financial impact and value of our engineering pipeline and being able to translate that into business growth. Competence in Microsoft Excel and regular reporting is a must.
- Openness to Change. Product launches change all the time. To thrive, you need to embrace that.
